Most of our shipping is done via UPS.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order.
If you need to change the shipping address mid-shipment, you are responsible for the "change of address fee."
If item is marked as "delivered" and you did not receive your package, you must contact and file a claim through the carrier, unless we put the wrong address on the shipping label.
